We work to prevent illness, boost immunity and support both acute and chronic conditions.  We look at your current symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, physical activity, and review how your body systems are functioning, alongside carrying out relevant testing to determine the cause of your illness which may include clinic testing for food sensitivities, heavy metals, hormone or blood tests.


We offer complementary 15 minute phone consultations for you to ask us questions and make sure we are the right people for you to work with before booking any consultations.
